PURPOSE
As a Product Manager, you will own and drive the roadmap for our Flight Cruise Optimization product by shaping the product strategy and execution to achieve financial growth and customer satisfaction in line with SITAs strategic objectives. This role is pivotal in aligning product vision with the broader portfolio, ensuring customer value, and optimizing airline operations through innovative solutions.
WHAT YOULL DO
Define and own the product roadmap for Flight Cruise Optimization, balancing strategic objectives with customer priorities.
Align product strategy with the broader portfolio, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Customer Operations and Support, and delivery, to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.
Engage with airline customers, and operational stakeholders to gather insights and validate product decisions.
Manage the product backlog, participate in sprint planning, and champion agile practices.
Support go-to-market strategy with market insights, analysis, and positioning.
Track product KPIs, adoption, and usage metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Draft product documentation, training content, and internal enablement materials.
Participate in internal governance reporting and release planning.
QUALIFICATIONS
35 years of experience in airline flight operations domain are required.
Strong knowledge of airline operations, fuel efficiency and flight optimization is highly desirable.
Proven experience in product management with solid understanding of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess competitive environments and market trends.
Skilled at requirements analysis and translating complex customer needs into actionable solutions.
Excellent strategic thinking and planning capabilities, both tactical and long-term.
Effective relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Clear and confident communicator, able to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Fluent in English (Spanish or French is a plus).
