We are looking for highly skilled Private Nurses to provide exceptional medical care and support to a high-profile client while traveling aboard a private luxury yacht. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine professional nursing expertise with international travel to some of the world’s most prestigious destinations.

As part of the medical team, nurses will ensure comprehensive care, oversee health monitoring, and assist with daily medical needs while accompanying the client across various locations.

Destinations may include:

  • United Kingdom – Iconic coastlines and summer retreats.
  • United States – High-end locations such as Miami and California.
  • Caribbean – Tropical islands with pristine beaches and turquoise waters.
  • France & Monaco – The elegance and luxury of the French Riviera.
  • Marbella – A premier destination on Spain’s Costa del Sol.
  • Cyprus – A Mediterranean island with year-round sunshine.
  • Greek & Italian Islands – Stunning landscapes and rich cultural heritage.
  • The Maldives – A secluded paradise with crystal-clear waters.

While docked, nurses will be accommodated in luxury hotels, ensuring comfort and rest between shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overnight Care – Monitor health status, administer prescribed treatments, and assist with personal care needs.
  • Emergency Response – Act swiftly to any medical concerns or changes in condition.
  • Travel Assistance – Accompany the client on international trips, ensuring seamless medical care during transit.
  • Coordination & Continuity of Care – Work with local medical professionals at various destinations to maintain healthcare standards.
  • Medical Management – Oversee medication schedules, medical equipment, and emergency preparedness.
Work Schedule
  • Nurses will work in pairs, primarily covering night shifts.
  • Shifts last 9 hours per day, 6 days a week .
  • One full rest day is provided weekly.
Hiring Process
  • Step 1: Online Interview – A 30-minute introduction.
  • Step 2: In-Person Interview – Conducted in a major European city (travel expenses are reimbursed within 15 days).
  • Step 3: Trial Period – A 10-day fully compensated assessment on the yacht or at a European location.
Requirements
  • Nationality – Must hold a European passport.
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized institution.
  • Language Skills – Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Experience – A minimum of four years in a hospital setting, with experience in overnight care and travel nursing preferred.
  • Availability – Must be open to traveling at short notice and working flexible shifts.
