We are looking for an Architect to support us in carrying out architectural projects, a proactive candidate with both communication and teamwork skills, and capable of solving problems efficiently. This candidate must have knowledge of all the steps related to the development of an architectural project at all scales, from start to finish, developing them both in Autocad and Revit. It will be necessary to have experience in construction and knowledge of applicable regulations, as well as the CTE. The position is based in Barcelona.
What you will do
- You will participate in the development of conceptual, basic, and execution projects, creating plans and 3D models (REVIT) that clearly describe the architectural design of the project. The projects to be developed will be new construction, rehabilitation, and interior implementation, mainly in the administrative field (offices).
- You must have the ability to develop construction plans with the choice of construction systems, materials, and finishes.
- You will participate in the coordination of clients and collaborating companies, being able to review the approaches of the engineering firms we work with to ensure coherence with the architectural project.
- You will be a member of a multidisciplinary team responsible for shaping spatial strategies to overcome the challenges of various organizations.
- You will participate in the project development process complemented by the analysis of workplaces, user experience, project management, change management, integration with other disciplines, and corporate brand or identity.

Mandatory requirements:
- Degree in Architecture / Licensed in Superior Architecture.
- Master's in BIM, REVIT, demonstrable experience in the development and delivery of basic, execution, and construction management projects in this tool.
- Excellent use of Autocad, Revit, and the Office package.
- Spanish and fluency in English (professional level / B2) as well as French (B1-B2).
- Between 8 and 10 years of experience in the development of architectural projects, as well as construction experience. Practice in the development of basic and execution projects in BIM (Revit), focusing on new construction, rehabilitation, and interior implementation projects.
- Experience in construction works is required for the autonomous development of details related to the execution of the work.
- Great organizational, creativity, and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in rehabilitation and new construction projects.
- Knowledge of other languages such as German.
