Prestige Yacht Technical Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Prestige Yacht Technical Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to yacht owners, captains, and crews throughout the Mediterranean.

This is a unique opportunity to work with high-performance sailing yachts and contribute to delivering a premium ownership experience.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of yacht systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty lists and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Liaise and coordinate with captains, crew, owners' teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, refit projects, and technical upgrades.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to yacht crews.
• Monitor and manage relationships with local service providers and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed reports and feedback for internal teams.

Candidate Profile:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is beneficial, but not a prerequisite. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in aftersales, service management, or technical operations within the superyacht or sailing yacht sector.

Required skills include:

• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of yacht systems.
• Proven project management and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and relationship management abilities.

Preferred qualifications include direct onboard experience and a sailing yacht background.
