At MSC Cruises, we are currently growing our new Hub in Valencia and looking for French-speaking profiles with experience in sales or back office environments to join our team. Your Impact: Sales & Conversion: Lead consultative sales conversations from initial interest to confirmed booking. You will handle objections, manage urgency, drive upsells, and take full ownership of your individual revenue targets (NTR). Portfolio Growth: Build and nurture a personal client portfolio using both inbound requests and proactive outbound campaigns. You will manage structured follow-ups in our CRM to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty. Expert Advisory: Master MSC itineraries, ships, and pricing to confidently recommend tailored solutions that balance customer needs with our premium brand experience. Who You Are: Experienced in Sales: You bring a proven background in consultative, phone-based sales. Backgrounds in travel, hospitality, or premium retail are a major plus. Commercially Driven: You possess a strong commercial mindset with a natural focus on conversion, results, and hitting targets. Relationship Builder: You are confident in managing customer relationships, guiding decision-making, and navigating objections. The Essentials: Language: Fluency in French (spoken and written). Location: Based in Valencia, Spain. Full right to work in Spain. Comfortable working rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
