Performance Sailing Yacht Engineer & Deck Specialist

Freyrecruitment seeks an Engineer for a 30m performance sailing yacht. You will join an active dual-season programme, sailing across the Med, Caribbean, and USA East Coast, with regattas and owner trips. The role includes deck duties, so confident sailing and a hands-on approach are essential.

Strong engineering background and prior yacht experience of similar size are required. Watersports skills, especially kitesurfing, are a plus in this tight-knit crew.
