Barcelona Crew is seeking a Spa Manager for a luxury mega yacht, based on board duties in Barcelona. You will manage daily spa operations, vendor relationships, and staff motivation while delivering five-star guest experiences.Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in the beauty industry with yacht onboard exposure, exceptional customer service, leadership, and fluent English. Accommodation and meals are provided;
contract renewals possible.
