In this role you will lead software engineering activities for onboard safety-critical platforms in the Air Refueling domain, ensuring DO-178B/C DAL A/B compliance and robust integration testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive certification, verification, and evolution of AI-enabled safety-critical systems. The position offers scope to shape certification strategies, advance Ru0026amp;T/Ru0026amp;D projects, and adopt new frameworks for airborne software safety. You will work in a regulated, mission-critical environment with a strong focus on quality and integrity.

• Define and manage Software Requirements Specification for onboard safety-critical computing platforms
• Lead Hardware/Software Integration Testing for onboard processing units
• Contribute to development and verification of DO-178B/C DAL A/B software, including reviews and analysis
• Share responsibility for Software Certification Process before Certification Authorities to demonstrate DO-178B/C compliance
• Lead Ru0026T and Ru0026D initiatives to adopt new technological frameworks for safety-critical airborne systems
Responsabilidades
• Advanced knowledge of AI technology and demonstrated experience with AI techniques
• Knowledge of RTCA DO-178B/C up to DAL A/B and software certification processes
• Advanced C/C++ and Ada95/2012 programming
• Proficiency with UML/SysML, Matlab/Simulink, SCADE Suite/Display
• Experience in Software Verification and HW/SW Integration Testing and formal reviews
• Advanced knowledge of Static Timing Analysis, Worst-Case Execution Time and design constraints
• Knowledge of Software xqbhyrx Structural Coverage Analysis and Code Static Analysis techniques
• Experience with RTOS, ARINC653, control systems theory
• Experience with continuous integration tools such as JIRA and GIT/Bitbucket
• Additional: scripting (Python) and AGILE development practices
• Knowledge of FPGA/AI-CV integration, GPU/GPGPU, and Unreal synthetic data framework
