Naval Architects: Concept and detailed design, hydrodynamics, and general arrangements.
Trade-off studies, basic and detailed engineering, interface management, material and technology research, industrialization and manufacturing support, in-service support, and retrofit activities.
Interior and architectural design of vessel spaces, including cabins, insulation, HVAC systems, and human factors such as lighting, acoustics, and safety.
Structural, thermal, and weight optimization through FEM, CFD, and vibration analyses, with experience in risk assessments (FMEA, HAZID).
Electrical & Automation Engineers: Management of on-board electrical and electronic systems, including power distribution, schematics, routing, installation, and system testing.
Configuration management, DMU integration, and CAD/PLM system setup and optimization to ensure consistency across design and production phases.
International mindset and ability to work in cross-cultural teams.
Fluency in English for daily technical communication; Relevant technical background and adaptability to innovative projects.
