We are looking for a Stress engineer with experience in the naval sector. You will join the Stress team being involved in different projects and programs.
Your missions will be:
Conduct structural and fatigue analyses of ship components and systems using FEA tools.
Evaluate structural integrity under various loading conditions, including wave loads and operational stresses.
Collaborate with design teams to optimize structural designs for weight, cost, and performance.
Ensure compliance with maritime industry standards and classification society rules.
Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Mandatory skills:
At least 3 years of experience in a sector and equivalent position
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in FEA software such as ANSYS, NASTRAN, or similar tools.
Fluent Spanish & Fluent English, French would be a plus
Strong understanding of ship structural design principles and materials.
Familiarity with maritime regulations and classification societies (e.G., ABS, DNV, Lloyd's Register).
