Office Location

Smart office in Palma overlooking Club de Mar and the bay of Palma in the heart of the Western Mediterranean yachting scene.

About the Role

We are already successfully selling brokerage yachts of 50 to 110 ft internationally, collaborating with our teams in the UK, Sweden and on the East Coast of the USA – and now we are growing further!

This full‑time permanent position offers salary plus commission, long‑term career progression and an opportunity to shape Berthon Spain's future alongside our established global sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• Strictly an experienced yacht broker (Berthon market segment) with a proven sales record.
• Strong networking presence in the yachting industry.
• English speaker minimum requirement.
• Spanish/German an advantage.
• Based in Mallorca or EU preferred, but not essential.
• Ambitious, collaborative & ready to lead growth.
