Maitre D' Outlet for Silversea Cruises

We are currently looking for an Outlet Maitre d' for Silversea Cruises!

We are looking for an experienced Outlet Maître D' to join our highly accomplished team onboard 'The World's Best Small Luxury Cruise Line'.

As the Maitre D' of the outlet you will be responsible for either your own outlet or will oversee a large section of the Main Dining Room, supporting the Assistant Dining Room Manager / Dining Room Manager.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following:

• A minimum of 3 years managing a small fine dining outlet
• Hotel School education
• Strong Computer literacy, with knowledge of Fidelio, MXP and Windows preferred.
• Fluency in English, but another European language as well, would be advantageous

Contracts are for around 4 months.
