As a seasoned Luxury Yacht Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to guide them through the buying and selling process of luxury vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell new and pre-owned yachts to high-net-worth individuals, leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge.
  • Represent prestigious yacht brands at exclusive events and boat shows, ensuring exceptional customer service and representation.
  • Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: A successful track record as a yacht broker or in a similar high-value sales role within the marine industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the yachting market, including new and brokerage sales, yacht brands, and Mediterranean cruising grounds.
  • Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building long-term client relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: A driven, results-oriented professional with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Local Expertise: Familiarity with Mallorca's yachting community and fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
