Luxury Cruise Front Desk Leader

Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead the Guest Relations front desk aboard the ship. You will be the liaison between the Front Desk Team and every hotel and marine department, ensuring premium, personalized service and seamless operations for a large guest and crew population.

You will oversee daily front desk performance, staff training, financial controls, and guest sentiment, maintaining highest standards of excellence and brand voice at all times.
