Lead Galley Chef - 5-Star Shipboard Cuisine

Silversea is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to deliver high-quality, efficient, and individualized food preparation aboard our luxury ship, ensuring adherence to company recipes, public health standards, and guest satisfaction.

You will lead the galley team, plan menus with the Executive Chef, supervise line cooks, and coordinate with stores, while complying with ILO/MLC regulations and safety drills.
