Seeking a Lead Deckhand for a 38-meter classic motor yacht based in Palma.

Responsibilities

1. Navigational watches
2. Paint repairs
3. Teak repairs

Seeking easy going, responsible and trustworthy candidates with longevity in previous roles.

AEC1 would be beneficial but not essential.

35 days paid leave per year.
Crew of 7 onboard.

Salary: 3500 to 4500 EUR (DOE)
Qualifications: Yachtmaster Offshore
Itinerary: Med (Summer) / Palma (Winter)
