Lead Baker - Shipboard Bakery & Production

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an experienced CDP Baker to lead the onboard bakery operations. You will manage daily production, quality and presentation of bread for daily menus, while coaching a diverse team and maintaining strict USPH compliance.
The role requires culinary school training, strong leadership and excellent communication, with a focus on cost control and guest satisfaction in a cruise ship environment.
