Lead Baker De Partie - Cruise Ship Bakery

Royal Caribbean Group seeks an experienced CDP Baker to join our shipboard bakery team, ensuring high-quality bread production and presentation for daily menus aboard a luxury cruise liner.
You will coach bakery staff, manage production forecasts, uphold USPH standards, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain cost controls and guest satisfaction. Previous shipboard experience and a culinary degree are preferred.
