In-suite Captain for Silversea Cruises

Position Description:
In-suite Captain oversee the entire roomservice operation, deliverance of high quality, efficient and technically excellent in-suite F&B service in accordance with Company Policies and strictly upholding any Public Health standards and towards a goal of achieving total guest satisfaction.

Job requirements:

• Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager in in-suite dining/Room service
• Experienced with inventories and PAR levels
• Able to give trainings and supervise a small team
• Has an understanding of public health procedures (HACCP, USPH, etc.)
