HR Recruiting Coordinator – River Operations
📍 Based in Croatia

Scenic Group is seeking an organized, people-focused, and driven HR Recruiting Coordinator to support the recruitment and onboarding of hospitality professionals across our award-winning European river cruise fleet.

Working closely with Hiring Managers, Recruitment Partners, and HR teams, you will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and coordinating talent for one of the world's leading luxury travel brands.

Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating recruitment activities and candidate interviews
• Managing candidate pipelines and recruitment systems
• Liaising with international recruitment partners and manning agencies
• Supporting onboarding and pre-employment processes
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports
• Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

What we are looking for:
• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, hospitality, or crew operations
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
• Experience within hospitality, cruise, travel, or international recruitment is an advantage
