Key Highlights Contract: 4 months onboard / 2 months off rotation Schedule: 10 hours per day, 7 days a week Accommodation: Private single cabin with crew dining and facilities System Used: Experience with MXP (Marine Xchange Program) is highly valued Salary: USD $8,343 per month (tax-free, paid only while onboard) Start Date: As soon as possible About the Role As Hotel Stores Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planning, procurement, inventory, and issuing of all hotel-related items on board—from linens and uniforms to consumables, bonded items, entertainment supplies, and beyond. Working closely with shore-based logistics teams and onboard departments, you will ensure seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and impeccable standards across all storerooms. Responsibilities Manage all hotel inventory and ordering using MXP in accordance with load plans, schedules, and budget Supervise storeroom cleanliness, safety, and USPH compliance Lead a team of assistants and storekeepers, training and mentoring them toward excellence Prepare freight and provisioning plans, and coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Purchasing departments Oversee loading and unloading operations at port Monitor invoice accuracy, resolve shortages, and manage credits with suppliers Conduct regular inventory checks, including monthly bonded inventory Uphold budget controls while maintaining high operational standards Attend all safety drills and trainings;
