A a Head Chef you will be managing the Galley and will be responsible for creating and developing the menu, planning meals for the Guest and Crew and schedule and preparing provision and accounting. (North of Spain)
Position requirements
- Experienced Chef with 3-4 years of similar position, prior experience within the super yacht industry.
- Knowledge of Mediterranean, French and Asian fusion cuisine.
- Culinary diploma from a recognized Standard European Cooking background.
- Fluent English is required.
- Valid Medical Certificate is required together with STCW/95.
