Carnival Cruise Line is seeking dedicated individuals for its Hotel Operations Leadership Development Program. This 14-month program offers graduating students the opportunity to work onboard, focusing on hotel operations. Participants select a business area to concentrate on, developing teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Responsibilities include assisting guests with daily activities, front desk and phone duties, handling guest concerns, providing account services, assisting with boarding and departure, and maintaining service culture. Additional duties involve cash handling, administrative tasks, and participating in safety drills. Qualifications include fluency in conversational English, strong computer skills, guest-centricity, and the ability to work in a diverse team. Contracts are 6 months onboard with 2 months’ vacation, working 7 days a week, 10-14 hours per day. Must be at least 21 years old and physically fit (Seafarers Medical Fitness Examination required).
