Your Purpose
The Future Journeys Ambassador is responsible for leading onboard future journey booking opportunities while cultivating deep guest relationships and enhancing loyalty. This role reflects Explora’s ultra-luxury ethos, using emotional intelligence, elegance, and brand storytelling to inspire ongoing exploration, while preserving the integrity of our travel advisor partnerships
Your Impact
Guest Engagement & Loyalty Activation
• Host loyalty events, curated dinners, and cocktail functions to drive engagement and exposure for the program.
• Support loyalty program activation and coordinate VIP activations with Hotel leadership.
Future Journey Continuation Sales
• Meets or exceed all onboard revenue and penetration targets for new bookings.
• Uphold channel integrity and never displace the original booking travel advisor unless specifically asked by the guest (disclaimer to be signed).
• Host sales presentations and approved events using brand-provided materials.
Brand Representation & Trade Relations
• Host and escort visiting travel advisors onboard or during port visits.
• Support maiden calls, trade visits, and ship tours for invited travel advisors only.
Operational Collaboration
• Prepare and distribute booking reports and end-of-voyage summaries.
• Coordinate and communicate continuously and efficiently with Guest Services, and other Hotel departments.
• Raise service/support requests by following appropriate channels and proper email etiquette.
Compliance & Core Values
• Comply with all onboard safety, GDPR, Health Safety Security and environmental procedures and processes.
• Support additional shipboard duties as directed (e.g. embarkation, dispatch, upgrades).
Your Journey So Far
• Minimum 2 year experience in luxury hospitality, contact center or cruise sales or equivalent.
• Previous cruise experience preferred.
• Luxury environment sales experience preferred.
• Fluency in English (C1); additional European languages are an asset.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Versonix Seaware or similar reservations systems (Amadeus, Oracle, Xola etc) preferred.
• Confident public speaker and excellent interpersonal communicator

• Passport, visas, certificates as specified by the company and as required for exit from the port of origin and entry into the destination cruising area.
