Your Life Onboard
As a Future Cruise Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling future cruises on board to ensure set target achievement in terms of total pax and net revenues fixed month by month. The purpose of the role is to grant the best and highest conversion rate between guests who book on board their future cruises and guests travelling on board. With a strong focus on business, the Future Cruise Consultant catches all the opportunities to familiarize with guests.

- You promote activities and special offers to the Guests
- You participate in on-board events, excursions, gala events in order to make contact with Guests
- You lead presentation about cruise product and itinerary
- You support ship visits organized by Travel Agents, when requested
- You complete back-office activities, such as booking management


Get Things Right
Costa values teamwork and collaboration to provide memorable guest experiences. Here’s how you can get things right and safe:
- You respect and apply correctly the sales channel rules
- You regularly report to Senior FCC, Tour Manager, Hotel Director and Corporate ashore in order to assure that all activities are covered
- You prepare and deliver communications (welcome letters, invitations to events, virtual messages) to guests to promote sales and special offers


What Makes You Unique
The Onboard Future Cruise Sales Department is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team! The requirements for this job are:
- You possess a Secondary School Diploma.
- You have previous experience in Sales and/or Customer care. Experience in tourism is a plus
- As a citizen of the world, you are comfortable in communicating in Italian and English (at least B2 level) and familiar in one other European Language (French or German) at B1/ B2 level.
- You are available to live travelling aboard a cruise ship for the contract period of 5 months, working 7 days a week.
