F&B Sanitation & Compliance Lead – Cruise Ship

Silversea Cruises is seeking a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller to oversee sanitation, hygiene, and public health compliance across all shipboard food and beverage production and service areas. You will lead the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams in partnership with the Executive Chef to uphold the highest standards.
The role involves preparing for USPH/VSP inspections, conducting daily spot checks, and delivering hands-on training on CAWG, USPH, HACCP, and safety protocols.
