Silversea Cruises is seeking a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller to oversee sanitation, hygiene, and public health compliance across all shipboard food and beverage areas.

You will lead the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams and work with the Executive Chef to manage costs while upholding the highest hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include leading internal/external health inspections xhfqzwm (USPH/VSP), daily spot checks, and weekly audits, plus hands-on training on CAWG, HACCP, MSDS, PPE, and
