We are looking for an F&B Operations Specialist with deep knowledge and hands-on experience in the cruise F&B sector to join our team.

Requirements & Qualificantions
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
- At least 3 years of experience in F&B specifically within the cruise industry.
- Cruise operations experience is mandatory.
Education:
- Degree or formal training in Gastronomy.
- Specialized training in Restaurant Management and F&B Business Operations.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of kitchen management in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service and advisory abilities.
- Business management knowledge, especially in chains and franchises.
- High level of English (C1 minimum – a proficiency test will be required).
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
- International work experience is a plus.
- Ability to synthesize information, manage client communication effectively, solve problems, think creatively, and maintain a strong business vision.
