Role Overview:
- Lead and coordinate daily operations across 25 F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and high standards across all venues.
- Manage a large team and liaise with various departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Implement innovative strategies for operational efficiency, cost control, and quality service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all outlets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Significant experience managing large cruise ship operations.
- Proven leadership and organisational skills in high-volume F&B operations.
- A strong background in coordinating diverse teams across multiple service environments.
- Available to relocate to Egypt (single or married status, no children).
Salary: US$96,000 net+ (negotiable)
Start Date: January 2025
