The Mission
We are recruiting a high-caliber Registered Nurse to join the private medical staff of a globally roaming 100m+ superyacht. Your primary mandate is the dedicated 1:1 clinical oversight of an 80-year-old VIP Principal.
You will ensure continuity of care while the vessel navigates a high-profile Mediterranean summer season. The itinerary includes extended anchorages in Venice , cruising the Corfu coastline, and stops in Dubrovnik , requiring you to manage health protocols in diverse maritime environments.
The Team
You will be an integral part of a Western-trained medical department:
- Medical Director: Reporting directly to a Lead British Doctor .
- Rehabilitation: Working in tandem with specialist Physiotherapists.
- Schedule: A regulated Double-Nurse Shift System is in place, ensuring you have the rest required to perform at an elite level.
The Process
- Phase 1: CV Review & Clinical Vetting.
- Phase 2: Secure Online Interview (Conducted remotely from Madrid).
- Phase 3: Immediate deployment to the vessel.
Requirements Requirements
- Education: Western-standard Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN/Grado en Enfermería).
- Experience: 4+ years of post-graduate experience in ICU, ER/A&E, or Trauma .
- Language: Native or C1 English is strictly required (Interview will be in English).
- Profile: A confident clinician capable of blending into a luxury environment with total discretion.
