Your Purpose
To drive the onboard planning and execution of destination excursions and assure that Guests' expectations are exceeded throughout the delivery of the respective services.
Your Impact
• Drive the Destinations Team in the delivery of high standards of service with regards to bookings and disembarkation arrangements.
• Motivate and coach the Destinations Team to provide highest service rendering throughout the voyages.
• Provide guests with ports and destinations experience information.
• Ensure the implementation of Standard Procedure Manual with regards to destination excursions activities.
• Handle guest complaints and queries.
• Manage, train, and develop the Destinations Team.
• Collaborate with the shoreside Destinations Team to enhance the provided support and services.
Your Journey So Far
• A minimum of 4-year’s experience in the position with diverse luxury Hospitality and/ or luxury Cruise lines.
• Previous experience in Start Ups/Pre-openings is an advantage.
• Current and accurate knowledge of history, culture, geography and excursions operations of ports of call.
• Experience in complaints management and selling techniques.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate office equipment. Basic Windows based programs knowledge.
• Proficient in English. Any additional language, particularly European languages, is considered an advantage.
Your Essentials
• Passport, visas, certificates as specified by the company and as required for exit from the port of origin and entry into the destination cruising area.
