If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Representative and Sales in Porto, Portugal (Work at Home) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations, fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement. Furthermore, you'll have an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative and Sales, you will:

• Sell cruise packages
• Cross-sell or upsell cruise packages and associated products
• Provide customer support for post-booking and booking management
• Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
• Assist customers with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentation, prices, etc.

Your qualifications

• Have an advanced level of English (B2)
• Possess proven computer skills and are a diligent worker
• Have high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Can effectively communicate, both written and verbally
