Job Title: Casino Dealer

Job Description:

As a skilled casino dealer, you will be responsible for conducting various table games such as Blackjack, Dice, Roulette, Let It Ride, and Caribbean Stud Poker on board a ship-based casino.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct table games with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth gaming experience for guests.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Work collaboratively with department heads and shipboard employees to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Completion of a Gaming Board and/or Commission approved dealer school or international equivalency.
• A minimum of two years of experience conducting Blackjack, Dice, American Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, and other related casino games.
• The ability to rapidly discern numbers and determine game outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Preferred completion of high school or basic education equivalency.
