Cruise Ship Bakery Lead - Quality & Production

Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Bakery Lead to oversee daily bakery shop operations aboard the ship. You will manage production, quality, and presentation of bread for daily menus and assist in forecasting and waste control to meet budget targets.
You will ensure compliance with USPH rules, maintain cleanliness per the Executive Chef’s schedule, and prepare for inspections while coordinating requisition and transport of supplies from stores to the bakery.
