Cruise Ship Bakery Cdp Baker — Lead, Train & Craft Pastries

Royal Caribbean Group seeks an experienced CDP Baker to lead its shipboard bakery operations. You will supervise a diverse team, ensure the daily production, quality, and presentation of bread for daily menus, and maintain strict USPH compliance.
You will forecast production, manage leftovers to reduce waste, train staff, and coordinate logistics from stores. Effective communication and strong cost control are essential in this role aboard our cruise ships.
