Cruise Night Butler: Elite Housekeeping Lead

Silversea requires an experienced Head of Night Butlers and Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the on-board housekeeping team on our luxury cruises. You will lead the Night Butler unit, ensure top cleaning standards, and coordinate with the Chief Housekeeper to maintain guest comfort and safety.

The role focuses on staff training, scheduling, infection control, and continuous service improvements to deliver exceptional guest experiences across all suites.
