Cruise F&B Sanitation & Compliance Lead

Silversea Cruises is seeking a Senior F&B Sanitation Controller to govern sanitation, hygiene, and public health compliance across shipboard food and beverage production and service areas.

You will lead Galley Stewarding and Utility teams, ensuring operations meet regulatory, corporate, and operational standards while collaborating with the Executive Chef to manage costs and quality. This role requires shipboard experience and a strong grasp of USPH/VSP and HACCP principles.
