Supervision of the Sanitation Operation within the Hotel Department on board. This includes all equipment and machinery control in all Gallery outlets, Gallery Consumables and all Galleys, food and Messes. Ensure that all onboard cleaning is compliance with Company Policy and the latest Health and the latest Sanitation regulations (USPH and all other Port Health Authorities) at all times. Conduct daily and random inspections on cleanliness and sanitary operations. To oversee the training of the Food and Beverage as required.

Position requirements

• 
  
• Formal degree in Sanitation Management from a recognized institution.
  
• Minimum of 3 years in a Luxury international hotel property in a F&B Managerial position or 2 years in the Luxury cruise ship in the same position.
  
• Fluent English mandatory.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and public communications skills.
  
• Very good administrative skills (proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  

Duration of the contract

4 month + 2 of rotation
