A 49m private motor yacht is seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Officer to join the vessel during an ongoing refit period in Mallorca.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting the Captain with the safe navigation and operation of the vessel
- Oversight of deck operations, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Active involvement in refit planning, yard liaison, and project oversight
- Management and training of deck crew
- Ensuring compliance with flag state, class, and safety regulations
- Minimum OOW (Officer of the Watch) certification
- Previous experience as Chief Officer or Senior Officer on similar-sized yachts preferred
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Proven refit or shipyard experience highly advantageous
- Professional, hands-on attitude suitable for a private program
- Salary commensurate with experience
