The Mitsui Ocean Fuji Cruise ship will cater for 458 pampered guests and offer all the luxury of a modern small luxurious vessel.
The Chef de Partie is responsible for assisting the Sous Chefs in their assigned section in the storage, preparation, production, and service of high-quality meals for our guests, ensuring that recipes and presentations are followed accurately maintaining company standards.
Previous ship experience is a must, c1d visa will be required together with all valid STCW certifications and seaman book.
