Royal Caribbean Group seeks an experienced CDP Baker to lead bakery operations aboard our ship, overseeing daily production, quality, and display setups for buffet bread offerings. You will forecast production, manage leftovers, and ensure adherence to USPH rules while maintaining budgeted food costs.
You will coach a diverse bakery team, ensure proper uniforms and hygiene, and drive on-time attendance. Strong culinary schooling and shipboard experience are highly valued.
