To manage your section (e.G., sauce, meat, fish, etc.) and ensure the Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties understand and complete their tasks. Active participation in food preparation and presentation. Maintain USPH/UKPH standards, including proper food handling, storage, cleaning and personal hygiene procedures.
Competitive salary of 2,600 € per month. 4‑month contract, renewable, including accommodation, meals and medical insurance. Excellent opportunities for professional development.
Position requirements
- Diploma from an established hotel school, recognized international culinary institution.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an equivalent position on a ship or significant experience within the 5* hotel industry, combined with gastronomic and Michelin level restaurants.
- Knowledge of international and signature cuisine, banqueting exposure preferred.
- USPH exposure and certificate.
- Communicational and organizational skills, team player, problem‑solving and listening skills.
- International exposure preferred.

Duration of the contract
4 months with 2 months of rotation, renewable.
