The Role

As our Catering & Onboard Sales Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in making sure our passengers enjoy a seamless, high-quality onboard experience. From coordinating with suppliers to managing inventory and supporting our cabin crews, you'll be at the heart of our inflight service operations. Your work will directly impact the comfort and satisfaction of every passenger who travels with Plus Ultra.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with all established Catering and Onboard Sales standards.
• Coordinating with the Catering and Onboard Sales Manager on the purchase of equipment and materials needed for onboard services.
• Maintaining clear, consistent communication with cabin crews to ensure smooth delivery of inflight services.
• Monitoring catering and onboard sales suppliers, and sending loading and unloading requests for all flights.
• Tracking inventory levels for onboard service materials and ensuring minimum stock levels are always maintained.
• Reviewing onboard sales results and submitting commission reports to Human Resources for timely payment processing.
• Monitoring suppliers of blankets, pillows, and similar onboard comfort products.
• Managing supplier relationships and handling day-to-day communications.
• Reporting suggestions and improvement opportunities to management.
• Coordinating and verifying the correct distribution of catering supplies onboard aircraft during all operations.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Education: Intermediate Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) or equivalent.
• Minimum Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role or relevant industry.
• Languages: Intermediate English (spoken and written).
• Industry: Experience in passenger and cargo transportation, courier services, or a related field is valued.

Salary: €22,000 – €24,000 gross per year.
