A-Z Yachting is seeking a Captain for a 30m+ Private/Charter M/Y. This permanent position starts ASAP in Spain, with itineraries cruising the Mediterranean for the summer. The ideal candidate will lead and manage onboard operations, ensuring safe navigation and compliance with marine regulations. Essential qualifications include a Master 200 (preferably Master 500) and extensive charter experience. Knowledge of English is mandatory, and a non-smoking policy applies. Salary depends on experience under MLC SEA standards.
