Captain — Private 24m Yacht (Mediterranean Season)

Isla Yacht Group is seeking an experienced Captain for a 24m private motor yacht based in Palma, with Mediterranean cruising in Italy and Greece. The role is family-oriented and includes responsibilities for managing the vessel's operations, maintenance, and ensuring a quality experience for guests.
This position requires a Yachtmaster Offshore certification and strong navigation skills. The contract is seasonal until the end of September, with the possibility to extend.
