As a right hand to the Chief Product Officer, the candidate will be responsible of:
- Become familiar with the companyβs brand, mission/vision, processes, philosophy, content, and programs
- Identifying problems, researching issues, and recommending solutions for the correct functioning of the organization collaborating at all times with the team
- Monitoring and analyzing the SOPs of the organization
- Following up, gathering, and analyzing data to prepare dashboards for the CPO of all projects of the organization
- Preparing dashboards of key KPI, including ESG
- Monitoring trends in the sector and report findings and recommendations
- Preparing meetings among the heads of the organization and the CPO
- Attending necessary meetings and take notes, ensuring notes are shared with appropriate stakeholders, and action items are communicated and followed up on
- Conducting event planning and coordination of team off-sites/events, occasionally these events will be personal in nature
- Special or other ad-hoc projects as required
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or Engineering
- 2-4 year experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting firm, in an investment bank or in a large corporation
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Good understanding of Accounting Principles
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, including MS Project
- Proficiency in Power BI and SQL
- Command of languages: English preferably mother tongue, fluency in Spanish and French are a plus
- Ability to deliver under pressure
- Flexible working hours
- Available to travel overseas
- Must be a proactive, driven, and have strong problem-solving skills
- Sense of urgency and speed to deliver results
