We are currently searching for an experienced Assistant Pastry who can work in any type of outlet, whether it’s a small intimate fine dining degustation menu, Italian specials menu, 6 course country based menu which changes daily, crew restaurant or even an outdoor bbq grill.
The role is to ensure that every plate in your outlet is up to our very high standards, meets both presentation and taste expectations and the galley meets all health, safety and food hygiene standards.
To be considered for this position, you would require:
A minimum of 2 years experience.
Have experience of working in a multi-national team
Work with regularly changing menus (on ships they change daily)
Fluent English
Culinary qualifications
Contracts are 6 months on and 2 months off, all flights, meals, uniforms and shared accommodation provided.
