As part of a small team, you will be providing guests with the highest quality meats, fish and poultry, minimising wastage, and maintaining all USPH standards of hygiene for your section.
Your daily duties will include the production of all meat and fish preparation for up to 8 outlets plus crew areas, maintaining adequate inventory, ensuring quality of product, stock rotation, and attending daily briefings.
To be considered for this position, you will require a minimum of 1 years on the job knowledge in the butchery department in an international environment, preferably have ship experience, hold the relevant culinary qualifications and be available to join asap.
