As an Assistant Shorex Manager, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by coordinating and delivering exceptional shore excursion programs. You will ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards of our cruise line, enriching the journey for our guests and team members alike.


Your Impact
As an Assistant Bike Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting daily bicycle tours, covering approximately 25 kms, to deliver outstanding guest experiences. By providing detailed and accessible explanations of routes, landmarks, and safety measures, you will ensure a seamless adventure for cyclists of all skill levels. You will foster a welcoming and supportive environment, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty, while collaborating with onboard and destination teams to coordinate and execute excursions. Through your efforts, you will uphold our commitment to safety, sustainability, and exceptional service, leaving a positive impact on every guest and destination.


Your Journey So Far
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least two years of onboard experience as an Assistant Shorex Manager, with a proven ability to manage operations in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (oral and written) and at least two additional European languages.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in the tourism industry or customer-facing roles, showcasing your ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in the cruise industry is a strong advantage, demonstrating your familiarity with our unique environment.
