This is what awaits you on your journey with us:

  • In this position you are responsible for checking the cabins and suites as well as the overall cleanliness of the public guest and crew areas.
  • You are the first point of contact for all matters for your housekeeping team.
  • You coordinate and organize the fulfillment of guests' special requests and save them in the data profile. 
  • You support the Housekeeping Manager in scheduling and other administrative tasks and act as deputy. 
  • Your tasks also include ordering cleaning products, materials and equipment in the ship's own inventory management system.                    
  • Duration of your first contract: 4 - 6 months (after individual agreement)

  • Completed training in the hotel industry and several years of professional experience in housekeeping, initial management experience desirable
  • Leadership personality with the ability to lead and motivate a team professionally and disciplinarily
  • Your eye for detail, your organizational talent and your administrative skills enrich the team on board.
  • You are a passionate host and have excellent manners.
  • Well-groomed and pleasant appearance as well as polite manners
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
